What's the difference between mini_align and minimap2 ? #13

Hello,
I checked the source code file : .command.sh , for mapping tool , this code use "mini_align" , however ,
when I check the align_tmp.bam , I find actually use "minimap2 -x map-ont --MD -t 2 -a -A 2 -B 4 -O 4,24 -E 2,1 reference.fasta.mmi reads.fastq.gz" , so mini_align is same with minimap2 ?
` mini_align -i reads.fastq.gz -r reference.fasta -p align_tmp -t 2 -m`
