Adding --models-directory support #89

Is your feature related to a problem?

The current pipeline needs user to select model manually, You must select only one option of:
--basecaller_cfg
--basecaller_model_path
But dorado support automatic model selection with --models-directory xxxx xxx , this will avoid the errors and questions user had, also it can use the centralized models hosted on HPC.

Adding --models-directory xxxx xxx to the pipeline.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually check the version of dorado in the pipeline, and then choose what model is available for that version.
