Overview
Major v3 release: replaces the Guzzle-based client with a Saloon v4 connector, per-endpoint request classes, and plain DTOs under Dto\ instead of mutable Resources\* models.

Public API changes: list methods (redirects, domains, emailForwards, users, analytics dimensions/raw hits) now return paginated iterables (page-based or cursor-based for raw hits). Updates/deletes and DNS checks move to RedirectPizza client methods (no $model->update() / delete()). Adds coverage for analytics, team/users, redirect pause/resume, domain updates/automatic DNS, and utils (redirect tester, QR). Constructor drops injectable Guzzle client; supports baseUrl and timeoutInSeconds. Errors consolidate to ValidationException and RedirectPizzaException.

Tooling/docs: PHPUnit → Pest, PHP CS Fixer → Pint, adds PHPStan; new GitHub workflows for format fix, static analysis, and updated test matrix. UPGRADE.md documents 2.x → 3.x migration (including Saloon MockClient for tests).
