Provide ready to use usbx device hid device samples in rtos and standalone mode shown how to use and that can be a reference for new users.

Additional context
Most demanded usb device hid example:

• Mouse
• Keyboard
• Mouse+Keyboard (multi report id)
• Custom (consumer +media control)
• Generic (inout)

Can you please reviw and merge this PR #237 (adding a readme file for usb device hid mouse) before others demo samples template PRs. once merged i will ammend #222 #224 #232 with a section of each demo in readme.md file.

to direct test fonctionnal of demos, you need an stm32h747-disco and iar 9.30.1
