Need to develop a bluetooth low energy scanner that will return the results to a webpage where the user can then select the power meter or heart rate monitor to use in ERG mode. The biggest hurdle is that the WiFi radio is shared with the Bluetooth radio so communications jams happen when you try to do too much with either one. For instance I cannot figure out how to get BLE Client, BLE Server and WiFi working all at once. The good news is that any two out of the three seem to co-exist with reasonable limitations. So in order to get this working, we will have to shut down (probably BLE Server) for the duration of the scan, save the scanned BLE devices and then probably (ugh) reboot because the other issue is that downing interfaces after they have configured services on them seems to crash the ESP32 (even if we try to kill the running service first).
