Adds crimson and warped nylium, which decay back into netherrack when a light-blocking block is placed above them, and makes them renewable by letting bone meal convert adjacent netherrack. Also resolves the existing nylium half of the TODO: Nylium & mycelium in nether_sprouts.go.
