Version 0.5.0 of the data package oibiostat, used in the text and exercises of Introductory Statistics for the Life and Biomedical Sciences (ISLBS), by Vu and Harrington is in the supplements branch.
This version updates version 0.3.0 by adding new datasets, revising the documentation of many datasets, and removing outdated datasets (diabetes.prev and wdi.2011). The dataset wdi_2022 has replaced wdi.2011. Please use this version.
To install the updated 'oibiostat' package:

Note that all of the datasets in Version 0.5.0 are now in the development version of the package openintro. To load the development version of openintro, use
install.packages("devtools")

Note that datasets generated through random sampling used an older version of R's random number generator. With the release of R 3.6.0, the sample() function generates different random samples than it did previously.
