Scheduled biobase update check. Two container images had newer tags available on quay.io/biocontainers:

bulker/biobase_0.1.16.yamlwere checked and are already at their latest available tag.Skipped (per project convention):

sra-tools— quay.io lists a3.4.1--2_linux_64tag, but this is a differently-packaged static-binary artifact, not a newer conda build of the same version already in use (3.4.1--h4304569_1).seqtk— quay.io's alphabetically-last tag isr93--0, a legacy pre-semver naming scheme predating the current1.5--h577a1d6_1, which is actually the latest real release.Test plan
