fix: catch page crash & fix mm crash on mobile

• Fixes MM: Impossible to connect the app in a mobile integrated wallet #7689 (again)
• Add a root error boundary so page crashes are reported to sentry and debuggable.
• Fix the actual crash in dd2063e
• Fix another unhandled exception on wallet disconnect 92763c1

I've faced 2 issues here:

1. the error is always displayed when I open the widget inside safe wallet https://app.safe.global/apps/open?safe=sep:0x8FAb71C0d4272698A3B2d1F3Ed5FC3c1B9b3E531&appUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwidget-configurator-git-fix-catch-page-crash-cowswap-dev.vercel.app/

2. I was connected to safe using WC. when I disconnected it, the app also crashed
