feat: add Atom dashboard one-click service

Changes

Adding Atom as a new one-click service template for Coolify. Atom is a self-hosted dashboard for monitoring services, Docker containers, and system resources built with Next.js.

• Added emplates/compose/atom.yaml with Coolify service metadata, health check, Docker socket mount, and SERVICE_FQDN_ATOM_3000 for domain routing
• Added svgs/atom.svg logo for the service listing

• No existing issue. This is a new service template submission.
