Summary
Adds a new third-party block for Jira Add Attachment.
Description
This block attaches a file to a specified Jira issue. A case comment and block output identifier are set based on the result of the Add Attachment action. Default inputs are prefilled for convenience but can be modified. If the file comes from the "JSON to CSV Converter" block, set the FromJSONtoCSVConverterBlock parameter to True.
