docs: update managed events slug conflict behavior

Summary

• Updated managed events documentation to reflect that conflicting personal event types are now hidden and renamed instead of deleted when a managed event type is assigned
• Added documentation for the new "Assign all team members" warning dialog that appears when toggling the option on managed event types
• Clarified that personal event types and their bookings are preserved, and team members can still access them from their event types page

Triggered by a change that improves how Cal.com handles slug conflicts during managed event type assignment — personal event types are now preserved (hidden) rather than permanently removed, protecting existing bookings and giving team members continued access to their original event types.
