mops 3 runs replica tests only on a bare PocketIC instance: no tECDSA/tSchnorr keys, no HTTP outcalls, 1T cycles per test canister.
test/Call.test.moneeds all three, so under mops 3 it fails (missingpocket-icpin; with the pin,createCanisterruns out of cycles). Pins the mops CLI to 2.24.0, the last 2.x release, which still runs tests on the dfx replica as before. The test job has been red since mops 3; last green run was on mops 2.x.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
