This interface should be used by other modules, such as mechanics, to query substrate values.
Adds an executable app that showcases the mechanics features.
Same functionality as microenv_builder.
After its built, environment now contains all the necesary data contained in xml file.
Now, an agent can be created with an agent type, which means that it will be initialized with the type's defaults.
Extended diffusion interface to also provide a gradient of selected substrate and implemented it in the solvers.
Agents created from type are now properly assigned migration bias functors.
Now agents will be paritioned into grid in parallel.
