add two flags to turn on calculation of camera intrinsics from dense points
dense_points_head: pointmeans to use dense point head directly for dense points, instead of unprojecting depth valueintrinsics_source: reprojectionmeans to use projection of dense points to calculate camera intrinsics from dense points, which will overwrite the original values from the camera head.
