[PM-35785] Fix SDK breaking change: missing asUuid

📔 Objective

Fix for a minor breaking change caused by bitwarden/sdk-internal#1364 adopting the strongly-typed OrganizationId identifier.

This can be merged in advance of the SDK PR because the SDK type is already a Uuid today, so using asUuid works just fine.
