Adds APC Mini mkII Enhanced, a MIDI module for the Akai APC Mini mkII.
It covers the controller's full protocol: all pads, Track/Scene/Shift buttons and faders as inputs, plus every LED capability of the hardware. Pads can use either exact RGB colors over SysEx or the native 128-color palette with the controller's built-in brightness levels and clock-synced pulse/blink modes. It also includes global blackout and dimming, Track/Scene LED blink, an Identity + Introduction handshake that reads initial fader positions on connect, automatic LED resync on reconnect and pad-mode changes, and optional human-readable input/output logging.
