The application doesn`t load, if you connect to zerotier network

On one of the usual days, the app just stopped loading. I didn't do anything unusual, and I didn't experiment with anything. The application is running in the Task Manager, but no interface appears.
The installation was via steam. But after the problem appeared, I tried another installation via a zip archive, which behaves exactly the same way.
I also completely reinstalled the application, deleted folders in roaming.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU1: GTX 970 4gb
GPU2: RX 580 4gb
RAM: DDR4 64GB 3200MHz
MB: Gigabyte DS3H B450M

Also for play in vrchat i use: virtual desktop, zapret, warp, sometimes use proxy vpn via v2rayn. Disable this app, nothing changing

After read this issue , i check my network connections and find zerotier network device. After disconnected zerotier network in zerotier ui, app launched.

How to reproduce problem: Install zerotier. Connect to zerotier network. Try launch app
How fix problem: Disconnect from all zerotier network

If need, please close this issue. But, if i need for check something, i ready

From similar problems at dfgHiatus/VRCFaceTracking.Avalonia#52 the issue for me was that if you have multiple network interfaces with the same IP it tries to register multicast group listen the same IP multiple times which fails. It should filter out duplicates from _localIpAddresses in https://github.com/benaclejames/VRCFaceTracking/blob/master/VRCFaceTracking.Core/mDNS/MulticastDnsService.cs.
