The repository moved from baekchangjoon/parallel-per-test-coverage to beltian/parallel-per-test-coverage (GitHub keeps redirects for the old URLs). Updated: CI badge links + release links (README ko/en), POM url/scm + developer id (root + gradle-plugin publishing metadata), and the testkit javadoc link. Kept as-is: the spring-petclinic fork link (a different, untransferred repo) and the personal copyright line.
