TI99 4a

Well, this is not coco2 related, but here are some notes on getting TI99/4a running under Mame.

What worked for me was to search for the roms specified here. Then I placed it in my mame/roms directory. Next I found I found some cartridge rpk files and placed them in my mame/cart directory. Lastly I cd to the mame/cart directory and run

> mame64 ti99_4a -cart munchman.rpk

I found that I can type 'g' to start munchman and then use the arrow keys for control. To start over use the F7 .. F10 keys.
