Adds Reddit Scroller to the Reddit category, placed alphabetically before "Reddit Tab Icons & Title Prefix".

Auto-scrolls Reddit feeds and threads with the numpad, with an on-screen readout of speed, state and the post in focus.

• Tested with Firefox 130 + Violentmonkey and Chrome + Tampermonkey

[P3] Scope the focused-post readout claim to feeds, README.md:1388

The installed v0.1.5 script shows the focused post title in feed mode; thread mode shows speed and state without a post title. Clarifying that scope would make the description more precise. This is non-blocking.

The entry is alphabetized, the install target serves the expected script, and the project, image, documentation, and support links resolve. Clean-install lint and browser fixtures pass for feed/thread scrolling, speed changes, pause, post selection, and typing protection. Live Reddit verification remains limited by its “Prove your humanity” challenge.
