Add all EDL flash binaries needed for the Arduino UNO Q board (Qualcomm QRB2210/QCM2290, codename Agatti): ABL, XBL, TrustZone, hypervisor, GPT tables, rawprogram XML, and other firmware components.

Add all EDL flash binaries needed for the Arduino UNO Q board (Qualcomm QRB2210/QCM2290, codename Agatti).
Includes ABL, XBL, TrustZone, hypervisor, GPT tables, rawprogram XML, and other firmware components required for flashing via qdl in EDL mode.
