Preserve both Hull regression test additions and format the new Solcore fixtures for the current repository checks.
Apply the repository formatter to the fixture imported from main so the merged branch passes the fixture formatting check.

Local lambdas without an explicit function type can pass type checking but fail later during compilation. This change carries their inferred callable signatures into specialization, preserving call resolution and capture behavior. Recursive signatures produce a diagnostic rather than overflowing the stack.
Added new compilation and execution fixtures covering the six reported failures, captured values, nested lambdas, and generic calls. All 169 specialization/Hull tests pass, along with the new lambda execution tests and the existing closure execution tests.
A possible follow-up is a shared, context-aware view of a checked body, so later stages consistently access types, callable signatures, and resolution information without separately assembling that context.
