Gitea 1.26.2 Docker has a compatibility issue with git expecting a newer kernel sys-calls. Synology is notorious for using old kernels.

..- Copy working git binary across to new image. << This Solution
- Longterm solution use a Synology NAS for just storage only and run docker on a separate server
- Use Synology virtual machine manager, if your model supports it, run a newer version of linux with docker in a virtual machine
- Replace Synology NAS with something more open where you have control over the base OS.
- Why did you use inline-dockerfile in docker-compose over a dockerfile?
At the time I was using Portainer its just easier to use stack templates i.e docker-compose files
