…ocs pod (#164) The deployment manifest gave the docs container `envFrom` for both `alkemio-secrets` and `alkemio-config`. The site reads neither. Its source has no environment reads at all, and the Next.js standalone server uses only PORT, HOSTNAME and NODE_ENV, which the image sets itself. So every environment handed a static documentation site the platform's 26 shared credentials for nothing. The ConfigMap also did harm: `envFrom` overrides image ENV, so `alkemio-config`'s `NODE_ENV=dev` replaced the image's `NODE_ENV=production`. The running acceptance pod reports `NODE_ENV=dev`. Remove the `envFrom` block. The pod keeps its registry pull secret, which the deploy workflows inject separately, and runs on the image's own environment. One manifest feeds all five environments, so this applies everywhere. The image smoke test ran the container with `-e NODE_ENV=dev` to mirror the old injection. It now runs the image unmodified, which is what the cluster will do. * docs(form-posts): document Form Posts (closes #158) * docs(form-posts): complete the Form section against spec 080 and v0.168.0 - CSV export and Form templates are live in v0.168.0 (client-web#10382 and server#6595 merged 2026-10-07; R23, R25): document Export CSV and saving a Form Post as a template, drop the CSV maintainer note. - Add what an admin needs before using a Form: delete the Post to remove it (with the response count), limits (50 questions, 512/2,048 chars, 2-20 distinct options), answer type editable with answers (R19c), the several-to-one switch keeps responses (R19a), closed keeps responses, respond only once published, removed questions stay readable. - Who can read: parent-Space members in a Subspace see only their own (D-4), responses aren't contributions or activity (FR-020/FR-031), deleted accounts show as Deleted user (FR-030), the notice sits by the submit button (R22), members can't delete others' responses. - Notifications: quote the real settings row label, parent-Space admins and self-submitting admins get no admin notification, the receipt has no answers and no setting. - The general Add to Post sentence now lists the form and its exception. - NL Collaboration tools: add the missing Memo and Peiling rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(iframe): stop suggesting iFrames for forms; point to the built-in tools Forms are now built in (Form Posts, Release 77), so the iFrame pages no longer use a Google Form as the example or list forms and documents as iFrame uses. A new "Do you need an iFrame at all?" section points to Form, Poll, Document, Whiteboard and Memo instead, and explains that answers then stay in Alkemio under the Space's access rules rather than with the other website. Collaboration tools (EN + NL): the iFrame paragraph no longer offers forms, describes the real Insert embed button (there is no iFrame field) and links the iFrame page; collecting answers or votes uses a Form or Poll. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(nl): use the Dutch UI terms for call-for and call-to-action Collaboration tools and Reuse templates (NL) still said Call for Whiteboards, Call for Posts, Call to Action and Collaboration Tools. Use Oproep voor whiteboards / Oproep voor posts / Oproep tot actie, as the Dutch UI and the NL Posts and Templates pages do, and Samenwerkingstools. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(posts): new Create Post, Poll and Form screenshots from the current UI basic-post.png and post-with-poll.png still showed the old Create Post dialog (every framing as a chip, no More menu). Retaken on alkem.io in The Sandbox at the same 1920x970 framing, with example values in the Poll. The Form section gets three new images: the builder with a sign-up Form (post-with-form.png), the Form settings dialog (form-settings.png) and a Form as members see it (form-fill-in.png), replacing the screenshot maintainer notes in EN and NL. Nothing was posted while taking them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(posts): don't call the Post editor a form * docs(posts): retake the remaining Posts screenshots in the current UI All nine were from the old UI (the MUI Add Post dialog for the call to action, the old chip row everywhere else). Retaken on alkem.io in The Sandbox with realistic content: - example-post: a new example Post (heading, bold/italic, list, image, link, reference, tags, a comment) opened in its dialog - post-with-whiteboard: a published Post whose whiteboard starts from the Stakeholder Mapping template, so the preview shows real content (alt text now says "A Post with a whiteboard") - post-with-memo, post-with-cta, post-with-media-gallery: Create Post with meeting notes, a filled call to action and four gallery images - links-files + collection-links: the Links & Files settings with a pre-populated link, and the published collection with three links - posts-settings + collection-posts: the Posts response settings, and a published collection with two contributed Posts The example, whiteboard, links and posts collections are real Posts in The Sandbox (published without notifying members); the memo, call to action and media gallery drafts were discarded. Update develop from main
The self-service deletion entry point moved from the Security tab to a "Danger Zone" section at the end of the Account tab (agents-hq spec 054, Session 2026-10-23); the re-authentication round trip returns there. Updated the en-US and nl-NL how-to. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
