Update Turkish locale translations

This updates Locale_TR.yml with a cleaner and more complete Turkish translation.

Main changes:

• Fixed incorrect or misleading translations such as HaveItem, charged, and Pitch
• Translated strings that were still left in English
• Translated sections such as damage causes, entity types, directions, and editor labels
• Fixed spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and unnatural sentences
• Replaced old color codes with the current global color placeholders
• Fixed the invalid %6 color code in lineAddInfo
• Kept placeholders and required command keywords unchanged
• Corrected a few small typos in the comments, including bosbar to bossbar
