What is the bug?

The link to access how to enable Developer Mode and USB Debugging does not link to a proper page (format change).

The current link is:
https://help.gamemaker.io/hc/en-us/articles/115001534128

The proper link should be:
https://gamemaker.io/en/help/articles/android-troubleshooting
