Why

Renovate update of the WillBooster tree-sitter runtime to v16, whose only breaking change is removing the query and highlighting features; the language ABI stays 0x5742000b, so the shipped parser loads in both v15 and v16.

Requirements

• required: update the tree-sitter runtime dependencies (@willbooster/web-tree-sitter and the willbooster-tree-sitter crate) to v16 as this Renovate PR proposes, and merge it (requester: complete the open Renovate PRs).
• required: consumers that install runtime v15 keep satisfying this package's peer dependency range (existing contract of the published package).
• required: the grammar's tests, WASM build, and Rust crate pass with runtime v16.
• chosen: README and Rust crate docs state 15.x or 16.x runtime support, because v16 keeps ABI 0x5742000b and the docs must match the peer range.
• chosen: title the squash commit fix(deps): instead of Renovate's chore(deps):, because the published peer range changes and semantic-release publishes nothing for chore commits; without a release, consumers on runtime v16 cannot satisfy the peer range.

Customer Summary

The package now also accepts @willbooster/web-tree-sitter v16 as its peer runtime, and its documentation says so; v15 users are unaffected.

Technical Summary

package.json pins the dev runtime to 16.0.2 and widens the peer range to ^15.0.0 || ^16.0.0; Cargo.toml moves the willbooster-tree-sitter dev-dependency to 16.0.0. README.md and bindings/rust/lib.rs state 15.x or 16.x runtime support and use 16.0.0 in their examples.

Testing

bun run verify locally; CI (grammar tests, WASM build, Rust build and tests, fuzzing) passes on the PR head.
