fix(landing): drop the --no-quarantine Homebrew hint - #15

Homebrew 6 removed the flag, so the copyable command failed with "Error: invalid option: --no-quarantine". Show the plain cask install, and point at Control-click Open with `xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine` as the fallback when macOS calls the app damaged.
