Adds Arch Linux dependency installation instructions to
README.mdand updatesscripts/install_deps.shto auto-detect Arch Linux and install the required dependencies usingpacman.Latest Updates:
PKGBUILD: Added a native Arch package script (arch/PKGBUILD) that cleanly handles dependencies, static OpenCV compilation, and configuration preservation (backuparray).build-arch-linuxjob to our CI pipeline. It builds the package in a cleanarchlinux:base-develcontainer to guarantee there are no undeclared dependencies.tpm2-tsspackage inpacman, correctly preservedlibtss2-devfor Debian/Ubuntu environments, and updatedscripts/build_opencv.shto usepacman.Fixes #73
