Description

Fixes installation errors in the Debian package where the service file used incorrect binary paths and required directories were not created during post-installation.

Changes:

• Updated linuxcampam.service to use /usr/bin/ paths (matching deb install location) instead of /usr/local/bin/
• Fixed postinst to create /etc/linuxcampam/users and /etc/linuxcampam/models directories before chmod
• Added .service suffix to systemctl enable/restart commands for correctness
• Added missing detect_opencl.sh installation to CMakeLists.txt
• Changed dependencies from -dev packages to runtime libraries (libopencv-core406t64, etc.)
