Overview
Updates the QA deployment theme package by changing the blob URL in theme/artifact.json from the vc-theme-b2b-vue build tied to PR 2399 to the build from vc-frontend PR 2416 (2.55.0-pr-2416-1932-193261f9).

This is an automated CI change to point the VCST QA environment at the frontend changes under review in PR 2416; no application code is modified in this repo.
