Overview
Updates the vc-theme-b2b-vue prerelease package URL in theme/artifact.json from the PR 2399 build (845a359c) to the PR 2407 build (985c9cf2), both at version 2.55.0-pr-*.

This is an automated CI change to deploy the frontend from vc-frontend PR 2407 into the vcst-qa environment (per ticket refs VCST-5433 / VCST-5452).
