Overview
Automated QA theme deployment for vc-frontend PR 2400.

This PR only changes the theme package URL in theme/artifact.json, from the 2.55.0-pr-2399-845a-845a359c blob to 2.55.0-pr-2400-2fab-2fab58ba. Deploy workflows read that URL (e.g. deploy-theme.yml via ARTIFACT_URL) to set the store theme parameter in the target environment—no application code changes.
