Overview
Updates the B2B Vue theme package URL in theme/artifact.json for the VCST-5332 / vcst-qa deployment path.

The artifact switches from the 2.54.0 GitHub release zip to a 2.55.0-pr-2405 prerelease hosted on vc3prerelease blob storage (vc-frontend PR 2405). Deploy workflows read this file via deploy-theme.yml to set the store theme Helm parameter, so QA will run against that prerelease build instead of the previous release.
