Manifest-only change that swaps Tax module source/version for a QA deployment; no application or security logic is modified.

Overview
Automated module bump for VirtoCommerce.Tax in backend/packages.json.

The Tax module is no longer pinned via GithubReleases (3.1004.0). It is added under the AzureBlob prerelease source as VirtoCommerce.Tax_3.1005.0.zip, so this QA environment loads Tax from blob storage instead of the public module feed.

Includes minor JSON formatting (trailing comma/whitespace, EOF newline) with no other module list changes.
