Overview
Page Builder is no longer pulled from the GithubReleases module list (3.1017.0 entry removed). It is now installed from the AzureBlob prerelease feed as VirtoCommerce.PageBuilderModule_3.1020.0.zip.

This matches the automated vc-module-pagebuilder QA update: the environment gets the newer blob build instead of the GitHub-pinned release.
