Updates the theme package URL in
theme/artifact.jsonso QA deployments pull a PR-specificvc-theme-b2b-vuebuild (…-pr-2402-3470-347051ff.zip) instead of the previous alpha prerelease (…-alpha.2436.zip).This aligns with the automated vc-frontend PR 2402 integration described in the PR title;
