WebM works well on most browsers and has faster loads and less bandwidth than MP4, which matters for a landing page asset that autoplays on every visit. MP4 fallback is required because Safari does not support WebM. The Animation needs some tweaks as some pixels are a bit off (most visible in dark mode). MP4 needs a transparent background. |
