Description

@guptaniharika8953

Title

I am a GSSoC 2026 contributor and would like to work on adding a detailed README.md for the
"Amazon Product Availability Checker" folder under Beginner_Projects.
Please assign this issue to me if available.
Thank you!

Enhancement Aim

This enhancement aims to improve the documentation and usability of the
"Amazon Product Availability Checker" project by providing a detailed README.md.

The README will help beginners understand:

  • project functionality
  • installation/setup process
  • dependencies
  • execution steps
  • expected output

This will make the project easier to use, contribute to, and maintain.

    Hi! I'd like to work on this issue under GSSoC 2026.

    Approach: I will create a README.md that explains the Amazon Product Availability Checker's web scraping approach using requests/BeautifulSoup with rotating user-agent headers and rate-limiting delays, details setup for environment variables (Amazon affiliate ID, notification config), and provides sample output formats with responsible scraping disclaimers.

    I have experience with Python. Please assign me this issue.
