🛡️ Sentinel: [CRITICAL] Fix command injection in Thalamus

🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
💡 Vulnerability: Command injection in thalamus.ts. The pid from KERNEL_EVENT signals was concatenated directly into a cp.exec call.
🎯 Impact: An attacker who can forge a KERNEL_EVENT with a malicious pid (e.g. 123; rm -rf /) could execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the Node.js process.
🔧 Fix: Replaced cp.exec with cp.execFile('renice', ['+10', '-p', String(signal.payload.pid)]) which passes arguments securely without invoking a shell. Also added an error callback to handle spawn failures gracefully.
✅ Verification: Ran TypeScript compilation (pnpm exec tsc --noEmit) to verify syntax and type correctness. Reviewed git diff to ensure changes are correct across all mirrored file locations.
