Summary

Add a complete Simplified Chinese changelog alongside the existing English history. Future pull requests must update both files together; CI also checks that releases, sections and entry counts match. Translation accuracy remains a human review responsibility.

提醒一下：本 PR 合并后，main 上的 “Bilingual changelog synchronization” 一直失败（c4524427、f3f2ecf9），报错 Changelog versions, categories or entry counts differ; update both translations.

原因是 #583 比本 PR 先合并，它在 CHANGELOG.md 里加的条目（Windows 上 replace authorization snapshot: Access is denied）在 CHANGELOG.zh-CN.md 里没有对应的中文条目，所以 Unreleased 的“修复”下英文 5 条、中文 4 条。现在所有 PR 的这一项检查也跟着失败。

补上这一行就能恢复（放在 ## [Unreleased] → ### 修复 的第一条）：

- 在 Windows 上，配对、轮换或撤销远程浏览器时，若另一请求正在读取授权存储，不再因 `replace authorization snapshot: Access is denied` 而失败。

注意：检查要求两份文件在同一个 PR 里一起改，所以只补中文这一行的 PR 本身会过不了，直接在 main 上提交更方便。#567、#579、#580 也带了同样这一行，合并其中任意一个也能恢复。
