Picks up the Canadian definitions change in TandaHQ/definitions#97 and regenerates the definition and test files.
The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (30 September) was missing from the Canadian holidays, so it never showed as a public holiday for customers in British Columbia. It is now statutory in British Columbia and Prince Edward Island, and informal in Alberta and Manitoba. The holiday applies from 2026 onwards so no existing dates change.
Merge TandaHQ/definitions#97 first, then this.
