[FEAT] 통합 검색 영역 지정 파라미터 추가

✨ 작업 내용

• 통합 검색에 선택적 type=POST|COURSE|USER 파라미터 추가
• type 생략 시 기존처럼 세 영역을 모두 조회·반환
• type 지정 시 해당 영역만 조회·반환
• 잘못된 값은 400 / GLB-E001로 처리하고 Swagger에 동작 반영
