on proposeDiagnosis, add an attribute called qualifier that takes a CQL list of identifier to Boolean (calculate, Yes/No)

[] add qualifier to proposeDiagnosis and diagnosis model
[] update the import strategy to read this new property
[] update the mapping file
[] use transform cql to make it a list and validates that it has only reference
[] carry the extended list of qualifier (distinct sum of the qualifier from all proposedDiagnosis sharign the same identifier) to Diagnoses
[] update the diagnosis generation code to add the label matching the references part of the diagnosis below it only if diag + ref is True

yes this seems good, with the last one you mean for displaying a diagnosis + post coordination? would you just add the post coordination to the dx label or would you separate both and add the post coordination just below like "- with wheezing" ?
