Overview
Bumps the bundled Coana CLI from
15.9.7to15.9.9and releases Socket CLI1.1.151. Changes are limited topackage.json,pnpm-lock.yaml, and a changelog entry—no Socket source edits.Coana is the dev dependency whose version is inlined at build and used when spawning Coana for reachability (
