Describe the problem

Currently we discuss the sable development in the sable space and lots of ideas coming in. It would be good to have a faster way to create issues directly from sable itself.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think there should be two ways. A slash command like /report and a dedicated button somewhere maybe in settings. Which then by interacting open a modal form which you can fill based on the issue templates.

And I think we can easily do this via url query of GitHub issues, which lets you put the content in the url as well, so we can basically create a link and then the user can open it to actually publish it.

Alternatives considered

Alternatively we can do GitHub oauth but I feel like that might be too much for a feature like this.
