Error on indexer 'x' not found

Examine Version: 4.0.0-beta 1
Umbraco Version: 10.0.0.1

Description
I started testing the package with a free tier Azure Search where I already had one index. ExamineX couldn't create the 'test-members' index but it did;t really complain until it tried to access it.

How to reproduce
Test with a free tier Azure Search with no enough resources
Install ExamineX
Run Umbraco
Rebuild indexes

Expected
It would be good to have a descriptive message if something cannot be create.
