test: check_ctype greps the moved src folder - #560

Since the Makefile moved to test/client, ../src/* no longer exists. grep failed, the if read that as no match, and the check passed without looking at any file.

Since #552 moved the Makefile to
test/client,check_ctypegreps../src/*, which no longer exists. grep fails, theifreads that as no match, and the check passes without looking at any file. With a deliberateisalpha(c)added tosrc/util/rc_util.cit still reports success.It now uses
$(RC_SRC). The current sources pass, and the deliberateisalpha(c)is caught.
