Prevents the "trigger contains multiple groups" error if the editor is for a blank achievement (only core group with no conditions).
This allows pasting a complete achievement into a new local achievement.
The error still exists if the editor is not blank, as it's not clear how the user intended to merge the multiple groups - is the first one stuff to append to the core, or a new alt? What if the existing record already has alts, which alts get updated?
